The cellar was dug into the hillside when the villa was built and has kept a steady thirteen degrees ever since.
Mountain wines
Our sommelier pours six wines from small producers in the Valtellina and the hills around Bergamo, each with a plate from the kitchen: bresaola, aged Bitto, rye bread and honey.
Tastings run on Thursday and Saturday evenings for up to eight guests. Private tastings can be arranged any evening.
