Anything we have missed, the concierge will answer within the hour.
Rooms are ready from 15:00 and are yours until 12:00 on the day you leave. Arriving early? Leave your bags with us and take breakfast on the jetty. Late check-out until 15:00 can be arranged when the house allows.
Yes. Cots and extra beds are free for children under four, and the Belvedere suites, Villa Cipresso and the Residence sleep families comfortably. The spa is for guests over sixteen.
Dogs under 15 kg are welcome in the Garden Deluxe rooms and Villa Cipresso, which open straight onto the garden. A bed, bowls and a map of walks will be waiting.
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival at no charge. Within 14 days we keep the first night. Offer rates and stays in the villas have their own terms, shown when you book.
Linate is about an hour and a quarter by car, Malpensa about an hour and a half. We arrange private transfers, or a car to Como followed by our boat for the last forty-five minutes.
Two Garden Deluxe rooms are step-free, with wide doorways and roll-in showers, and a lift serves every floor of the main villa. Tell us what you need and we will plan around it.
