01 · The house
A villa that remembers how to be quiet.
Built in 1911 by a silk merchant from Como and restored stone by stone in 2019. We kept the terrazzo floors, the boathouse and the habit of long lunches. We added a spa in the old cisterns and a kitchen that cooks from the lake.

03 · The lake
Bellagio by boat, Milan by lunch.
Lezzeno sits where the western branch narrows, on the shore that keeps the afternoon sun longest. Our 1962 boat crosses to Bellagio in eight minutes and runs on to Varenna or Como whenever you like. Milan and its airports are an easy drive.

We came for three nights and moved our flights twice. The quiet here is real, and it followed us home.
